ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 8, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, determining a motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "affirmed" and substituting therefor the word "reversed. "
