| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Farah M. for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 13, 2015, as denied that branch of her motion which was to dismiss the visitation petition of Kelly S., to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is granted and the appeal will be calendared after all of the briefs have been filed.
