Application by the appellants Lee Eric Tessler and Neurological Surgery, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 10, 2014. Separate application by the appellant Winthrop University Hospital to calendar the time to perfect their appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 26, 2015, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
