Brown, District Attorney Queens County, for leave to reargue stated portions of a proceeding for a writ of habeas corpus in the nature of an application to set bail upon Queens County Criminal Court Docket No. 2015 QN 007306, which was determined by a decision, order and judgment of this Court dated March 27, 2015.
