Motion by the objectant-appellant for leave to renew and reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to hold in abeyance an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated June 17, 2013. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 19, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
