| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by American Constitution Society of New York University Law School on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 19, 2015, for leave to serve and file an amicus curiae brief on or before May 26, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that leave is granted to serve and file an amicus curiae brief on or before May 12, 2015, and two copies of the amicus curiae brief must be served on the parties to the appeals and nine copies filed in this Court on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amicus curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties to the appeals, if they be so advised, may serve and file reply briefs to the amicus curiae brief on or before May 26, 2015.
