| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 1, 2011, in effect, for leave to reargue (1) his prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR § 130-2.1, to impose a sanction upon the respondent for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 22, 2014, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2015, and (2) his prior motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental reply brief, which was also determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
