Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 25, 2013, and April 24, 2013, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lorenzo Napolitano, Esq., dated April 15, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of David M. Abbatoy, Jr., Esq., dated April 16, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
