Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 4, 2015, for leave to reargue a prior motion by Cantalupo Construction Corp. and Claudio Perfetto, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 17, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's opposition to the prior motion is accepted for filing, and upon reargument, this Court adheres to its original determination.
