| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 7, 2015, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2015, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated January 7, 2015, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before April 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 13, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "May 14, 2015"; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extensions of time to comply with the condition that the appeal be perfected by a date certain shall be granted.
