ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated April 24, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 13, 2014, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Supreme Court," and substituting therefor the words "Family Court."
