It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that tenants-appellants' cross motion is granted on condition that tenants-appellants perfect their appeal by no later than the September 2015 term - the filing deadline is July 15, 2015. In the event of tenants-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
