DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a response to the appellant's excessive sentence motion on an appeal from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed July 18, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a response to the appellant's excessive sentence motion is enlarged until June 1, 2015, and the response must be served and filed on or before that date.
