It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal of defendant-appellant, and its appeal is dismissed without costs, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal of plaintiff-appellant, and that appeal is dismissed without further order unless the appeal is perfected on or before June 30, 2015.
