Motion by the appellant-respondent to strike stated portions of the respondent-appellant's reply brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 7, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent-appellant's reply brief is stricken, and on or before May 28, 2015, the respondent-appellant may serve and file a replacement reply brief that does not refer to the issues or material contained in Points II, III, and IV on pages 6 through 21 of the stricken reply brief.
