Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered August 1, 2013.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged, and appellant shall serve and file his brief on or before May 8, 2015.
