Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton , Suffolk County, rendered May 23, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further

ORDERED on the court's own motion, that the time to file appellant's brief is hereby enlarged and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before May 19, 2015.
