The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Gregory Martin, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered February 19, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 30 days from the date of this order; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 7 days from the service of the respondent's brief.
