Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 26, 2015. The order granted respondents' motion to dismiss the petition "to the extent that [appellant] disc[ontinues] the case," and adjourned the matter for the case to be sent to Part X on respondents' attorney's fees' counterclaim.
