Motion by respondent to dismiss as untimely appeals from two final judgments of the Justice Court of the Town of Haverstraw, Rockland County, entered January 23, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated for the purposes of disposition of the motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed as untimely (see CPLR 5513).
