ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 25, 2014, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Indictment No. "115/14," and substituting therefor Indictment No. "155/14."
