Motion by the appellant to stay the inquest on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 31, 2014.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause in accordance with its terms.
