| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Adam Plotch for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 11, 2015, and to stay the defendant from enforcing a certain contract, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by Adam Plotch to reject the opposition filed by the defendant to the motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to reject the opposition and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to reject the opposition is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the defendant from enforcing a certain contract is denied as academic.
