| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION A) |
Motion by the appellant Rita Britton to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 9, 2015, which granted her motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2015, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal was perfected by April 10, 2015. Cross motion by the respondent Shante Jamison to vacate the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 9, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 9, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 10, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "May 27, 2015;" and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
