| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 8, 2014, to direct the appellant to make the child available for an interview, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 11, 2015, the appellant shall make the subject child available for an interview at the office of the attorney for the child; and it is further,
ORDERED that the attorney for the child's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 13, 2015, and the attorney for the child's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
