DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental reply brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered May 9, 2013, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 6, 2015. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal and to assign new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to reargue and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to relieve assigned counsel and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
