Motion by Goldstein, Rikon, Rikon, & Houghton, P.C., to strike the appellant's brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered April 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the words "On the Brief: Michael Rikon" are stricken from the covers of the appellant's brief and the appellant's reply brief, the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall remove the stricken material from the copies of the above-mentioned briefs filed with the Court, and the motion is otherwise denied.
