ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2015, in the above entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 26, 2012, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "March 17, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "September 17, 2014."
