DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 19, 2014, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated May 21, 2014, to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated February 4, 2015, as dismissed the appeal from the decision, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated February 4, 2015, as dismissed the appeal from the decision is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record is granted, on or before June 2, 2015, the appellants may serve and file a supplemental record containing the decision dated February 19, 2014, in connection with the appeal from the judgment under Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-08455.
