| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Wilk Auslander, LLP, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondent Taconic Holdings, LLC, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 25, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of Taconic Holdings, LLC, to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, and on or before May 29, 2015, Wilk Auslander, LLP, shall serve its client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the respondent Taconic Holdings, LLC, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon it of a copy of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent Taconic Holdings, LLC, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 1, 2015, and the brief of the respondent Taconic Holdings, LLC, must be served and filed on or before that date.
