Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 18, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, and the reply brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
