Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated April 3, 2014, on the ground that the appellant's appendix is inadequate, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental appendix, or, in effect, to direct the appellant to reimburse them for the cost of a respondents' appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
