Motion by the respondent-appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated December 23, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 25, 2015, and the respondent-appellant's reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
