DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 27, 2014, as directed the appellant to place the subject child in therapy with a child psychiatrist pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant to place the subject child in therapy with a child psychiatrist is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent and the attorney for the child shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before May 29, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before June 5, 2015.
