| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to serve and file an addendum to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 20, 2012. Separate motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief, and for leave to serve and file one brief in response to assigned counsel's main brief and the appellant's supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 2, 2015, and the respondent may serve and file one brief in response to assigned counsel's main brief and the appellant's supplemental brief on or before that date.
