Appeals by the defendants from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 27, 2015, a judgment of the same court also dated February 27, 2015, and a warrant of eviction also dated February 27, 2015.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the warrant of eviction pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-03810 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a warrant of eviction (see CPLR 5701).
