| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 5, 2014, May 15, 2014, and March 25, 2015 (two orders), respectively, to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated May 5, 2014, and May 15, 2014, with the appeals from the orders dated March 25, 2015, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated May 5, 2014, and May 15, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated May 5, 2014, and May 15, 2014 is granted, the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until July 17, 2015, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
