Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 26, 2012, September 28, 2012, October 2, 2012, and December 10, 2012, respectively, which were determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2014, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated September 24, 2013, which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court also dated December 10, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decisions and orders of this Court. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant and her counsel, and for an award of costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
