Appellants having moved, upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Brian F. DeJoseph on April 16, 2015, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on January 22, 2015, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ovadia Avraham and Kathy Ovraham sworn to April 14, 2015, said show cause order with proof of service thereof, the order of the Honorable Brian F. DeJoseph dated April 29, 2015, the opposing letter of Zachary M. Mattison, Esq., dated April 21, 2015, the reply letter of Ovadia Avraham dated April 24, 2015, the reply letter of Kathy Avraham dated April 27, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the temporary stay contained in the order dated April 29, 2015 is vacated.
