Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from nine orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 25, 2014, May 1, 2014, May 22, 2014, May 23, 2014, May 29, 2014 (two orders), June 10, 2014, June 23, 2014, and August 20, 2014, respectively, with appeals from two orders of the same court dated January 31, 2014, and October 10, 2014, respectively, and to recuse the Supreme Court Justice assigned in the above-entitled action. Separate motion by the nonparty-respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and appendix with respect to the appeals from the orders dated January 31, 2014, and October 10, 2014. Application by the plaintiff-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeals from the orders dated January 31, 2014, and October 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that motion by the nonparty-respondent and the application by the plaintiff-respondent are granted, the time to serve and file respondents' briefs with respect to the appeals from the orders dated January 31, 2014, and October 10, 2014, is enlarged until June 22, 2015, and the briefs of the nonparty-respondent and the plaintiff-respondent must be served and filed on or before that date.
