ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals by Yitzchok Schwartz and Maspeth Plaza, LLC, from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated October 15, 2012. A judgment dated March 25, 2014, has been entered in the Supreme Court, Kings County, dismissing the above-entitled action.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties or their attorneys show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeals as academic in light of the judgment dated March 25, 2014, by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before June 26, 2015, and by serving one copy of the same on each other; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties or their attorneys by regular mail.
