| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 17, 2014. Cross motion by the respondents Trilogy Realty, LLC, Terry Triades, George Kremmydas, Marlene Kremmydas, and B Green Construction Corp. to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved. Separate motion by the respondent Renee Digrugilliers to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the cross motion and the motion by the respondent Renee Digrugilliers are granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied as academic.
