ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Upon reading and filing the petition of Jessica Lynn DeStefano, an attorney of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, verified on the 24th day of April, 2015, and the affidavit and exhibits annexed thereto, it is

ORDERED that the petition is granted and that upon taking and subscribing the constitutional oath of office as prescribed by law, Jessica Lynn DeStefano is admitted to practice pro hac vice pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the rules of the Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the rules of this court, as an attorney and counselor-at-law on behalf of the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County, Inc., in all matters in which it has an interest, in all Courts of this State, from the date of taking and subscribing the oath to and including November 20, 2016, or upon termination of her employment as an attorney with Legal Aid Society of Rockland County, Inc., whichever occurs first; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County, Inc. shall file an annual report pursuant to § 690.3(e) of the rules of this court concerning Jessica Lynn DeStefano, and the legal services in which she was engaged in the preceding year.
