Motion by the appellant for clarification of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2014, which denied his prior motion to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2009, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 23, 2003.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
