| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pursuant to County Law § 722 for the appointment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered May 5, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Suffolk County 18-B Panel and shall be compensated pursuant to County Law § 722.
