ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Barbara Bennett-Calkins is directed to produce and file transcripts of the May 30, 2012, April 22, 2013, April 26, 2013 and June 17, 2013 court appearances, or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such dates, on or before June 15, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the time is extended to August 13, 2015.
