On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 18, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 10, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "second and third" and substituting therefor the words "second, third, and fourth."
