Motion by Ann C. Northern on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated May 21, 2014, to extend her time to make a motion, inter alia, to be discharged as guardian ad litem for the nonparty-respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Ann C. Northern's time to make a motion in the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, inter alia, to be discharged as guardian ad litem for the nonparty-respondent is extended until June 12, 2015.
