ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 16, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 12, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 18, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "June 2, 2015."
