DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by James Edmund Gallo from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 3, 2014. By order to show case dated April 23, 2015, the parties were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeal for failure to pay the filing fee.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 8022[b]; 22 NYCRR 670.4[a], 670.8[e]).
